Belgium is centrally located, making it an easy addition on a multi-country Euro itinerary. You can easily fly into Brussels, so this may be the starting point of your trip. If not, Brussels is a destination that you can fit into a day-trip or spread into a weekend if you fancy a beer.


Known for Craft Beers, Delirium is a bar with over 1000 taps in Brussels.


Located between Brussels and Bruges, Ghent is another gem. Its' beautifully preserved medieval architecture is worth the trip. If you're in the mood for chocolate, beer, or both? They have chocolate flavored beer AND beer filled chocolates.



Art & History

  • Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium (Brussels): A massive cultural hub split into distinct experiences. Highlights include the Old Masters Museum (feat. Pieter Bruegel the Elder and Peter Paul Rubens) and the Magritte Museum, which houses the world's largest collection of the surrealist's work.

  • KMSKA (Royal Museum of Fine Arts, Antwerp): Recently reopened after a stunning modern renovation, this museum holds the world's finest collection of Flemish Masters and the largest ensemble of Rubens' masterpieces.

  • Gruuthusemuseum (Bruges): Located in a spectacular medieval palace, it provides an immersive look into the lavish applied arts and history of Bruges’.
